PROKATHO, is the Cathode Protection services division of LESCAMCO.
Founded in July 2007, from the resources of what until then was PDVSA's cathodic protection division. We are a young and dynamic company with a multidisciplinary capability in the areas of engineering, specializing in the supply of equipment for Non Destructive Testing, Specialized Inspection, Cathodic Protection, Fault Analysis and Control, Quality Assurance, Infrared Thermography, In Electrical and Telecommunications Systems, location of Leaks in Pipelines. We offer a fast and effective response by applying the latest techniques in the area of routine and specialized inspection.

At PROKATHO, we are dedicated to the design, projects, supplies of equipment, materials and measuring instruments, installations and maintenance for cathodic protection systems control.
The systems we employ are both sacrificial and printed-current anodes. We also perform corrosion studies and detection of coating defects in pipelines buried with the DCVG system.
